Acquire new commercial customers through subcontracting from cleaning companies, maintenance companies, and property management companies. Acquire new commercial customers through personal contacts, community networking groups, and streetbidding. Provide free estimates to warm residential leads.
The Operations Manager position is responsible for staff, sales, and Window Cleaning. The position includes hiring, training, and retaining employees. Sales include creating residential and commercial estimates. Window cleaning includes commercial and residential properties from 1 to 3 stories. This position also requires customer service, assigning work orders, checking in orders, collecting accounts receivable, and answering the in coming calls.

Job Description:
- Direct office and cleaning personnel; supervise teams on large projects as needed
- Manage commercial account work and coordinate with customer contacts; coordinate daily routes and monthly schedule
- Assist with writing large project bids and residential warm leads
- Assist in maintaining acceptable levels of accounts receivable
- Manage payrolls for all subordinate staff; hire new staff as needed
- Maintain cross-training for all crucial business operations
- Ensure technicians are providing high levels of customer service; address retraining needs/problem resolution
- Communicate regularly with owner regarding business performance
